The Art of Change

Change is so hard. Like it or not, we are often creatures of habit. Change means having to embrace the unknown- it’s scary and vulnerable.

No wonder large-scale societal change sometimes feels impossible!

What if we could learn to change? Learn how to cope with change better, learn how to lean into the uncertainty instead of turning away? Can we change, but gracefully?

This is what the Art of Change is about. The goal of this series to help everyday people in the community connect with their selves and their emotional responses. By using art as an entry point, participants reflect on their own feelings and leave hopefully feeling inspired and empowered.

The Art of Change series involve audience participation and emphasizes co-creation. We hope that the Art of Change encourages participants to reflect on what changes are needed in their personal lives and in their broader communities to support healthy, thriving, living.
