Forget resolutions. Why not start your new year with a guided reflection?
On December 30, we’re putting 2025 to rest. Join us in a journaling session where we reflect on the year and plan the next one with the help of YearCompass!
Last year we hosted a reflective YearCompass session in Montréal. This year, we’re inviting everyone in the larger community to participate in YearCompass, wherever you are!
What is YearCompass?

YearCompass is a free printable booklet designed for year-end reflection and planning ahead. Forget generic resolutions that don’t stick, this activity is about meaningful, guided reflection that will allow you to close your year.
Organize a gathering

Why not host a gathering in your living room or community? YearCompass is more fun with friends!
Reflecting on your year helps you become a more intentional and impactful organizer in your community and personal life.
All you’ll need is 3 hours and a comfortable space—your living room, a community room, or any cozy gathering place works perfectly.
If you’re interested in hosting, we’ll send you a one-page guide with tips and tricks to organise your event.
