Fieldhouse
The sword fern collective is pleased to announce our two-year residency in the Granville Park Fieldhouse in Vancouver.
We will be using the Granville Park Fieldhouse to host participatory and intergenerational community engagement events on climate change, emotional resilience, and arts and culture, resulting in the positioning of the Granville Park fieldhouse as a ‘third space’ for Vancouverites working at the intersection of climate, art, and emotional resilience. We will implement this work through both independent projects and collaborations with aligned community groups.
Over the next two years of our residency, we plan to:
- Engage surrounding community
- Host the Climate Creatives Coalition
- Provide support for youth climate organizations
- Provide support for local climate artists
- Produce community-facing events
